If you're going to have a contest you should give people half a chance. How can anyone possibly compete with that...panel, or whatever the hell it is? That's the most ridiculous thing I've seen in a long time.
A few months ago I saw a graded 1986 Topps Ernie Camacho on Ebay. I was going to see if it's still there but after seeing your card...why bother?
What?!? I thought PSA refused to grade hand cut cards like box bottoms and hostess. I guess they changed their tune after everyone found out the T206 Wagner was (badly) hand cut.

Its not a sticker, I don't think. Its the panel off of the sticker box.
