Would a case of Upper Deck Black be too expensive per person? I know it's a crapshoot, but I've almost bought a box twice now, and am curious.
Any case break of baseball or football 2003 - present that'd be around $30-40 per team or less. :)
One of the issues is doing videos of all the boxes. I would be more than happy to do a case of a base card driven set but 12-16 videos doesn't interest me. That is 10 hours worth of video time between uploading and such. If you guys trust me on a case of say 2007 ginter or 08 topps or goudey or something that would be fine with me. To give you an idea, a box break of national treasures on it's own takes 10 minutes, packaging takes 5-10 minutes, mailing takes 30 minutes. The July break took about 8 hours. I can say that Black does interest me. Good cards, pretty cheap, quick break, easy shipping etc.
Yeah, it's 2 cards per box, so that should be no problem. I'd definitely be in for a slot or 2 if the price was right. I've seen the individual boxes as low as $80, but have no clue what a case would go for.
Oh, the redemption cards for UD Black expire in October or November, so if you're gonna do a break, it'd better be soon.
Bearded OneI looked at black but it probably won't work. For 2 slots it would cost more than a box. Also 1 slot with one card isn't a good draw either. Exquisite with 2 hits for less than half the cost of a box seemed like a better draw.
