I am looking for somebody who knows the value of printing press plates for sports cards made for TOPPS in the 1990's.
They include:
TOPPS (Chromium, Holochrome, Clearchrome) plates for cards, ads, decals, etc.
Also a Upper Deck 1991 Plate for Michael Jordon (chromium).
