Why do people congratulate each other on these breaks?

Topps Sterling Baseball. $1250 worth of product if my math is right.

It boggles the mind, really.

There are 3 types of people that comment on breaks:

1. Those that don't know better
2. Those that want one of the cards
3. Those that just want their post totals to increase without having to really say anything.

That's pretty much it.

I don't get the whole aspect to that way of collecting. Yes, I'll toss a good card that I pull up on eBay to further fund my collection, but I'm keeping a good majority of what I open. Many times I'll use my hits to pay for the base set which is what I'm more interested in. It seems like a lot of these guys are only left with the junk after selling off all of the good cards that they pull. Since most times you're not going to be able to flip for what you paid, I don't get it. I guess it's for the thrill of ripping packs, but what's the reward for them.

The Pedro auto is nice..

He will go down as one of the greatest to ever play the game.

Both him and Rivera are two auto's I have always wanted, but are both tough pulls.
