What's the problem you ask? Well those unscrupulous jackholes can take these badges and combine them with an empty graded case and a resealed pack and sell it for a tons of cash. There is a large trade in used wax packs and even unused extra rolls from Topps.

Then there is this Jack ass that has more money than sense. 1974 does not have Andre Dawson in it not even close. I'd be willing to give him a pass on that, but if he is shelling out this type of cash then he should know better. Plus he didn't know who Maddox was and he called Dave Kingman "David". So before you drop $50 on one of these packs know what it is and expect to get crap.

Since those tags are serial numbered, I'd say someone should contact GAI but no doubt they would do nothing to rectify the situation. Lord knows Ebay will do nothing.
