I can't imagine the reasoning behind this

I needed this for my burgundy set.  I'm down to 29:

I regrettably paid $15 shipped for the card.  When you are dealing with /25 you can't bicker too much.  Masterpieces parallels have all but dried up along with wax thus the rest of the way will be slow.  I know there is a ton of wax out there, I just don't know who has it.
