2007 Masterpieces Case 19 and 20 - Lincecum 1/1 auto

I've posted the Lincecum already but it's worth seeing again.  It was in the first box that I opened.  I can honestly say that I had thought about pulling this card and wondered whether it was still out there.  Guess I got my answer.  When I opened the pack, and as I have said all the packs with 1/1's kind of fall apart when you open them, I saw the card and said "Holy Shit", put it down and walked away.  No, I have no idea what it's worth.

These sell for about $30 each. The Hamilton went for over $40 shipped last time.

Blue Steel Needed the Thomas and The Clemente - I was too slow on a Thomas when it was up on Ebay some months ago. Instead of just punching the BIN I asked the seller a question about others he might have. I lost out on 2 Clementes for around $18 each

The Hanley Plate was in the same box as the Lincecum 1/1. I had a good chuckle at the Giles

By the way, I have never seen a Lincecum auto with the I's dotted.

They see me trollin

I made this.  It's funny to us West Coasters.

Remember when I was a grounds keeper at the Mariners game?

Well it was Larry Bernandez Bobble Head night.

2007 Masterpieces Case 18

No parallels I needed. Not a bad case but I do prefer my 1/1 to be a parallel and not a jersey or a plate. If you are interested in a non parallel send me an offer.

2007 Masterpieces Case 17

Lots of good autos, a so so 1/1 and a bad case of parallels.  Nothing I needed.  There was a case broken on the blowout boards yesterday and they didn't pull anything I needed either.  Case 18 will be here tomorrow.  Yeah, I need the Mauer Black.....wrong black.

Are you an Extreme Collector

As much as I abhor over used pop culture words, "extreme" certainly fits the description:

I was referred to you by Mark at the blog Collector's Crack. My name is Chris Butler and I am a Casting Associate in Los Angeles. I'm currently working on a new docu-series for a major cable network (which I can disclose over the phone) that is produced by acclaimed and Emmy-nominated production company: Asylum Entertainment

I am contacting you in hopes of spreading the word to any potentially interested individuals for a project I'm casting. I'm currently seeking "Extreme" Collectors that “Shop Over the Top” for their collections. I’m looking for individuals who shop all the time and to excess; an "Ultimate Shopper." This person could shop for items to complete a collection or developed collections from simply seek retail therapy. The show will explore the issues of men and women who shop beyond what most people consider normal, highlighting those with large and unique collections.

I've attached a flyer about the show with instructions on how any interested individuals can submit. I'm hoping that you would help to spread the word, (ie. post, email, forward) and that you might be able to refer any potential candidates. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated, as these types of shows are most successful by word of mouth!

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this message. I look forward to hearing back from you or anyone you share this information with. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
